Police arrest juvenile in overnight gas station break-in

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Police have arrested a juvenile in connection to an overnight break-in at a Lexington gas station.

Police say they responded to a call about a break-in at the Marathon on Centre Parkway around 2 o’clock Tuesday morning.

When they arrived, they say they located a juvenile still inside.

They say the juvenile immediately surrendered.

That juvenile was charged with third-degree burglary.
