Police: Argument escalated to shooting

LEXINGTON, KY (WTVQ) – Police say an argument had escalated on Tuesday at 10:03 a.m., when they received a call about shots fired on Carlisle Ave

Officials report that the shooting occurred on the street, that a man had been hit in the lower leg, and he has been taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

While there were kids watching from a nearby porch, they say, no one else was harmed.

Police say they are currently on the lookout for three suspects and a white Pontiac Grand Am.
