LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Frigid conditions are settling in as arctic air moves into Kentucky, staying through Wednesday and Thursday. There is a Wind Chill Advisory in effect for early Wednesday, with -10 to -20 degree wind chills possible. A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect through Wednesday morning, with a trace to 1″+ snowfall possible, which may lead to slick roads and surfaces.
