Pets Need Pals – Adoption Event – Woodstock Animal Foundation

Anita Spreitzer and Lee Shropshine, with the Woodstock Animal Foundation, return to the studio to to talk about the PetSmart National adoption weekend at PetSmart in Hamburg, located at 1945 Pavillion Way in Lexington, on Friday 5/5, Saturday 5/6, and Sunday 5/7 in the big white tent in the parking lot from 11-6 PM.

Woodstock ANimal Foundation is looking for volunteers each day, and also looking for foster homes.  Over 30 dogs each day will be looking for their forever home.

The Woodstock Animal Foundation, Inc. is a non-profit organization dedicated to positively impacting the companion pet population, making every pet a wanted pet. Through the use of educational and high quality, low cost spay and neuter programs and vaccination services, their motto is: Reducing companion pet over-population one alteration at a time.

The Woodstock Animal Foundation runs a high quality, low cost spay and neuter clinic in Lexington that is open Monday through Friday. They offer high quality, low cost, spay and neuter mobile programs to various counties in the state. The organization is dedicated to the humane treatment of all animals to the ever demanding job of decreasing the pet over-population.

Every alteration helps to decrease the number of pets euthanized daily in shelters throughout the big difference is being made because of you!
