Pedestrian hit, killed by semi-truck on US 60

WOODFORD COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ) – A 23-year-old man was killed early Thursday morning after he was hit by a semi-truck, according to the Woodford County Coroner’s Office.

The coroner says Jacob Allen Reid was walking down U.S. 60 near railroad tracks around 2 a.m., when he was struck by the semi-truck.

He was pronounced dead at the scene.
