PCSO: Medical Emergency may have led to deadly crash
SOMERSET, Ky. (WTVQ) – There was a deadly crash overnight in Pulaski County that investigators say may have been triggered by a medical emergency behind the wheel.
It happened on the Cumberland Parkway, according to the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office.
Investigators say the driver of a 2008 Nissan pickup truck lost control and veered into the median and rolled over several times before coming to rest.
The Pulaski County coroner says 68-year-old Daniel D. Farr died at the scene.
Investigators say Farr may have suffered a medical emergency prior to the crash. They say he was wearing a seat belt.
