LEXINGTON, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) – All lanes on the outer loop of New Circle Road at North Broadway are currently shut down following an accident involving a motorcyclist.
Traffic is being diverted to the gas station parking lot in the area. Authorities are advising drivers to avoid the outer loop of New Circle Road between Old Paris and Broadway if possible.
