One person injured in overnight shooting

LEXINGTON, Ky. (ABC 36 NEWS NOW) – Lexington Police are investigating an overnight shooting that left one person injured.

According to LPD, around 2 Saturday morning officers were called to the 1100 block of Winchester Road after a man called saying he had been shot.

Upon arrival, officers found the victim and transported him to a hospital.

He is reported as having non-life threatening injuries.
