One Injured In Scott County Crash

A two-car crash in Scott County Wednesday night sent one person to the hospital, deputies said.

According to the Scott County Sheriff’s Department, the crash happened around 8:30 p.m. along Lemons Mill Road.

Deputies said, a woman driver was taken to University of Kentucky hospital with what could be serious injuries.

The Sheriff’s Department said the cause of the crash is still under investigation.

The driver of the pickup truck was cited for driving without a license, deputies told ABC 36 News. He was uninjured in the crash.
