One arrested, another being looked for after stolen trailer was found in East Bernstadt

LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ)- Deputies with the Laurel County Sheriff’s Office say one man has been arrested and another is being looked for after a utility trailer was taken from a property in Laurel County.

Deputies say the trailer, valued at around $2,500, was recovered in East Bernstadt. It was taken from a property off London Dock Road on March 21st.

They say 43-year-old David Asher was arrested in connection to the theft of the trailer.

Deputies say a warrant is out for Bryan Winsberry, the second suspect who they believe was involved in the theft. They say Winsberry will be charged with theft when he is found.
