Video released of two people wanted in deadly hit-and-run

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – The Lexington Police Department released video Thursday of two people they say were involved in a deadly hit-and-run that killed a bicyclist.

Investigators say John V. Oliver was struck while standing next to his bicycle on North Limestone on Saturday, October 20, 2018, around 2:06 a.m.

According to police, video surveillance of the accident shows a silver/gray 2004-2009 KIA Spectra hit Oliver.

Police say the car pulled onto Academy Alley and a man and woman got out of the car and walked back to the scene, but then left before police and paramedics arrived.
