Officials investigate deadly Louisville garage fire
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (AP) – Authorities say one man has died in a garage fire in Louisville.
The Jefferson County Coroner’s Office said in a news release that 31-year-old Joshua N. Dyer died of smoke inhalation Sunday morning during the fire. The release said toxicology reports are pending.
Investigators are still trying to determine the cause of the fire. Officials say no foul play is suspected.
Louisville Fire Chief Sal Melendez says Dyer’s brother told officials the victim would often sleep in the garage.
