Officers chase man on horse in Owensboro

Dashcam video has been released of a police chase in Owensboro involving a man on a horse.  Officers say they tried to stop 38-year-old Robert Morris Junior, who was wanted on several warrants, when he took off on his horse named "Gold."

Police eventually caught up with him in a neighborhood and arrested him.
