Danville Police say a call come in at 8:18 a.m. Friday about a break-in at On Target, a gun range on Westridge Drive.
After investigating, authorities say they determined 18-year-old Landen Bartleson, of Harrodsburg, and two 16-year-old boys entered the business after smashing a window. Once inside, officers say the group stole nine guns.
Bartleson, a Boyle County Defensive Back, was headed to play at Notre Dame.
Police say they were also investigating a car theft that occurred on Centre College Campus overnight. Investigators say they were able to link the three suspects to that theft as well.
Officers say the car, a 2015 Lexus, was found on Alum Springs Crosspike and that all nine guns were found.
Bartleson and the two juveniles are all charged with burglary, criminal mischief and receiving stolen property over $10,000.
