No Charges After Driver Hits Pedestrian on Keithshire Way

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Police say no charges will be filed against a driver who hit a man as he was running across a Lexington street.

This was on Keithshire Way and Post Road just after 8:00 p.m. Tuesday night.

The victim was taken to UK Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
