Nicholas sheriff’s office back open for in-person business

NICHOLAS COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ) – After having its main office closed to in-person service for a month, the Nicholas County Sheriff’s Department is open to visitors again.

The office closed Aug. 30 because of a surge in COVID cases in the community.

The office announced its reopening Wednesday with a simple note on its Facebook page: “The Sheriff’s Office is back to in person services.”
