Many college hoops experts also picked the Cats to win the school’s ninth national title.
So, why were they so high on the Cats?
Aside from bringing in and returning top talent, the Cats played incredibly well in the Bahamas.
They beat their opponents by an average of 29 points.
While everyone may have been raving about the Cats, Cal wasn’t in the same boat.
