Morehead Police looking for escaped Rowan Co. inmate

ROWAN COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ)- Morehead Police are hoping people will be able to help them find a man who walked away from a Rowan County Detention Center work program Friday night.

Police say Rodger Lynn was last seen near Morehead State University, wearing blue jeans and a white t-shirt.

Lynn has a tattoo on his neck that says “Hayday”.
