Middlesboro Police arrest 18 year old for rape

MIDDLESBORO, Ky. (WTVQ/WRIL) – An 18-year-old has been charged with raping an 11-year-old girl.

According to Middlesboro Police and WRIL radio, Justice Bryston Flanary was arrested on first-degree rape charges Monday morning by Middlesboro Officer Jeremiah Johnson.

According to arrest citations reported by WRIL, the incident was reported to police at about 6:15 a.m. Monday.
