Middleground Capital hosts ‘Cruisin for a Cause’

LEXINGTON, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) –  Middleground Capital hosted its inaugural ‘Cruisin for a Cause’ car show.

All proceeds from the event go towards Lexington Habitat for Humanity.

Held at Valvoline headquarters, people were able to come and check out over 150 different vehicles from classic to vintage to modern.

There was also music, food trucks, and activities for children such as face-painting and character meet and greets with transformers.

One organizer spoke about what this event means to them.

Lexington’s got a great car culture and just to kind of get that out we’re kind of able to see it,” said Mike Bridge with Middleground Capital. “Valvoline being a great host as well letting us use their property. It’s really exciting to see folks come together and have a great time in the name of good cause, first and foremost.”

The event wrapped up at 3 p.m.

They hope next year to have an even bigger turn out.
