Memorial Fund established in name of fallen State Trooper

LAWRENCEBURG, Ky. (WTVQ) – The family of Eric Chrisman, a State Trooper killed in a car crash in western Kentucky in June, has arranged a memorial fund to help a graduating senior get to college, according to the Anderson News.

The paper says the family has established the Eric Chrisman Memorial Scholarship Fund at Century Bank in Lawrenceburg.  Money generated will be used to provide a scholarship to one graduating student from the Christian Academy every year, according to the paper.

The paper says Chrisman attended the school from kindergarten through 12th grade, and also helped coach the school’s basketball team.
