Martin County Water District to get financial help

MARTIN COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ)-The Martin County Water District is about to get some multi-million dollar help.

The Governor and Congressman Hal Rogers announced a $3.4 million dollar project Saturday aimed at helping the financially unstable water district fix some of its problems.
