Man Wanted on 21 Charges Arrested in Pulaski Co.

A Pulaski County man who had warrants on him for 21 charges is now in jail, according to officials.

The Sheriff’s Office said Hubert Dugger, 36, was found hiding at a home on Jacksboro Street in Ferguson Tuesday night.

Dugger’s charges include attempted murder, criminal mischief, assault, wanton endangerment, DUI, and fleeing and evading police.

Deputies said the attempted murder charge stems from a June 24 incident, when Dugger allegedly used a club to break out a vehicle’s windows on Falcon View Trail. According to officers, when the owner came out to see what was going on, Dugger attacked him with a knife.

However, the Sheriff’s Office said the victim fought back and knocked Dugger unconscious.

Dugger is now lodged in the Pulaski County Detention Center on a bond of $480,000.
