Man Wanted In Telephone Repair Scam In Pulaski County
According to deputies, a man who claimed to be a telephone company employee did some work outside of the couple’s home.
Investigators said the man billed the victims for $4,000, and later lowered the amount to $1800.
Deputies said that the couple paid him, only to find out from their phone company that the man was not employed there.
The sheriff’s office said it was looking for Randolph Scott Boswell, 34, London.
A warrant charged him with theft by deception.
Deputies said Boswell was also wanted in McCreary, Rowan and Carter Counties on several charges that included theft by deception, bail jumping and persistent felony offender.
