Man Suspected In Dozens Of Car Break-Ins In Clark County Arrested

A Winchester man was arrested in connection to dozens of car break-ins in Clark County, according to Sheriff Berl Perdue.

On Monday, November 17, Detectives from the Clark County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at a home on McClure Road in connection to multiple vehicle burglaries, according to investigators.

Detectives said they found several thousand dollars worth of stolen items during the search of the home.

Aaron Ferguson, 29, of Winchester, was charged with a dozen counts of Theft by Unlawful Taking tied to vehicle break-ins, according to investigators.

Detectives said Ferguson was a suspect in at least 30 other car burglaries in Clark County.

He was lodged in the Clark County Detention Center.

The investigation was ongoing.

The Sheriff’s Office said anyone whose vehicle had been broken into, to contact Detectives to schedule a time to look at the items that were recovered from the search warrant.
