Man Starts Engine After Dusting Off Snow, Car Ignites in Flames

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Around 11 p.m. Wednesday, a man visiting from Corydon, Kentucky started the engine of his minivan and it ignited in flames. The fire happened in the 700 block of Eureka Springs Drive. Moments before the man said he was dusting the snow off his van. The Fire Department quickly put out the flame before it spread. It is still not clear how the vehicle caught fire. No injuries were reported.
