Man stabbed Wednesday night in Lexington

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) — Lexington Police say a man was stabbed Wednesday night on Malabu Drive while sitting in his car.

According to police, it happened just after 9:30.

They say a man was sitting in his car in a parking lot on Malabu Drive when a man he knew approached him.

They say the two started arguing, then physically fighting.

Then, police say the suspect pulled out a knife and cut the victim across the face and shoulder, then ran off.

According to police, the victim refused treatment at the scene, but took himself to the V.A. Hospital.

Police are still working to locate the suspect in this case.
