Man rescued off the side of a cliff in Pulaski County

BURNSIDE, Ky. (WTVQ) – Somerset Pulaski County Rescue Squad rescued a man off the ledge of a cliff Saturday.

The crews said it was off the north bank of the Cumberland River in Burnside.

After making sure the man was okay, crews said they helped him down the 100 feet to the water’s edge, where he then got in a boat and was taken to ambulance that was waiting at the Burnside Marina.
