Man pleads guilty in deadly DUI crash case
DANVILLE, Ky. (WTVQ) – A man pleaded guilty Thursday in a deadly DUI crash case in Boyle County in exchange for an 11-year prison sentence, according to court documents.
Joseph Kelly, of Lexington, pleaded guilty to manslaughter, wanton endangerment and DUI in a crash that took the life of Linda Gill, of Garrard County, according to court records.
The accident happened in Boyle County in September 2017. A passenger in Gill’s vehicle was injured.
