Man indicted on sodomy charge, turns self in

BOYD COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ) – A Grayson, Ky., man has been charged with first-degree sodomy in connection with an investigation that began in late June.

According to Kentucky State Police, 39-year-old Heath J. Hall, of Grayson, turned himself in Tuesday to the Boyd County Detention Center after being indicted by the Boyd County Grand Jury.

On June 29, 2020, troopers received a child abuse complaint in Boyd County, the KSP said in a release.

Detectiv es found enough evidence to get an arrest warrant for Hall and present the case to the Grand Jury, the KSP said.

This incident remains under investigation by Kentucky State Police De. Jeff Kelley.
