Man Hit, Bike Stolen Following Argument

A man was hit as he rode his bike down a street in Lexington and police said it was no accident.
The man was riding near the intersection of Michigan Street and Charles Avenue at around 2:15 a.m. Friday when police said he got into an argument with the suspect.
The two were reportedly arguing about who owned the bike.
That’s when police said the suspect decided to settle the argument by hitting the victim with his car and knocking him off the bike.
Police said he then got out of the car, put the bike in his trunk and drove off.
Police are still looking for that suspect, who was in a champagne-colored Saturn.
Police said he will face assault charges.
