Man flown to UK after crash in Wolfe County

WOLFE COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ) – A man was airlifted to UK Hospital in Lexington Monday night after crashing his pickup truck in Wolfe County, according to State Police.

Troopers say 57-year old Anthony Fallen, of Hazel Green, was driving a 1996 Ford pickup southbound on Lower Gilmore Road, when the truck left the road to the right, he over-corrected, crossed the northbound lane and hit an embankment.

The cause of the crash, which happened just before 7:00 p.m., is under investigation, according to State Police.

No other vehicles were involved, according to KSP.
