Man dies from knife wound in Bath County

BATH COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ)- A man has died in Bath County after a stabbing there Friday night.

State troopers say it happened in Salt Lick before 7.

State police found 43-year-old Gavin Flener from Owingsville dead outside a home.

Troopers say they determined Flener and 41-year-old Tony Lewis, from Sandy Hook, were fighting.

According to KSP, that’s what led to the knife wound that killed Flener.

No charges have been filed yet.
