Man dies in motorcycle accident

GEORGETOWN, Ky. (WTVQ) – A contract worker at Toyota in Scott County was killed outside the plant on Cherry Blossom Way Thursday night when the motorcycle he was riding collided with an SUV, according to the Scott County coroner. The victim was identified as 33-year old Robert Griffin, Junior, of London. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The coroner says Griffin was wearing a helmet. He leaves behind a wife and a set of twins.

The coroner says the SUV was turning into a plant entrance as Griffin was pulling out to go to lunch and the two collided.
