Man charged with video recording people using men’s room
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (AP) – A 31-year-old Shepherdsville man has been charged with using his cellphone to video record boys and men using a fast-food restaurant’s restroom in Louisville.
Multiple media outlets report the arrest warrant for 31-year-old Bryan C. Wilson said he intentionally placed his cellphone in the men’s restroom to capture video of men and boys using the urinal.
Wilson pleaded not guilty in court on Monday.
The warrant says an employee of the Chick-fil-A restaurant on Westport Road found the phone, and a manager turned it over to police.
The warrant says the recording took place during the afternoon of Jan. 9 and that at least four boys and one man were recorded. Police said the phone was recording for five hours.
