Man Charged with Raping Woman, Then Stealing Her Vehicle
State Police said a woman told them she had been assaulted and raped in a rural area of Knox County and then forced out of her vehicle before the alleged rapist drove away.
On Monday, troopers began an investigation of Bobby Hill, 33.
They said they found him Tuesday and charged him with rape, assault, theft by unlawful taking (automobile), and unlawful imprisonment.
Hill was booked in the Knox County Detention Center.
