Man accused of making threats against South Warren High School
BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (WTVQ) — According to the Warren County Sheriff’s Office, deputies have arrested a man that made a shooting threat against South Warren High School on November 30th.
They say 18-year-old Andres Orellana-Lozano, of Bowling Green, was arrested at his home in Bowling Green at 7 p.m. Sunday.
They say he confessed to making the threats against the school, but they did not find any firearms in his home.
He was taken to the Warren County Regional Jail and charged with terroristic threatening 1st degree and tampering with physical evidence.
Back on November 30th, deputies were called to South Warren High school just before 2 p.m., in reference to that shooting threat.
They say a full-time School Resource Officer there acted quickly to ensure the safety of students and staff, before other responding deputies arrived.
