Teenager arrested in Lexington stabbing case
LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – A teenager was arrested in connection to a Tuesday night stabbing in Lexington that left a man with serious injuries, according to Lexington Police.
Investigators say 19-year old Cortez Johnson is accused of stabbing a man shortly after 8:00 p.m. in the 1800 block of McCullough Drive.
Police say the victim, whose name was not released, suffered serious, but non-life threatening injuries.
Investigators say Johnson was charged with Assault 1st Degree.
No word from investigators what led to the stabbing.
