Man Arrested After Police Say He Installed Cameras In Mens Restroom

Police say a man has been arrested after installing cameras in men’s bathroom stalls in Southeastern Kentucky.

According to Middlesboro police, 49-year-old Randall Rogers is accused of hiding the cameras in the stall’s air fresheners.

Police say they’ve recovered footage from the cameras, but haven’t determined who the victims are.
