Man Allegedly Shoots Brother During Argument

State Police were told Wednesday afternoon that a shooting had happened between two brothers on Slusher Town Road in Clay County.

When they arrived, officers said they discovered 27-year-old Dustin Slusher had been shot in the leg by his 30-year-old brother, Shaun, during an argument.

Shaun was arrested and charged with assault and wanton endangerment.

Dustin was flown to UK Medical Center for his injuries.
