Man accused of seeking sex with minor and human trafficking

LAWRENCEBURG, Ky. (WTVQ) – An Anderson County man is accused of having explicit online conversations in order to have sex with a minor and engage that minor in human trafficking, according to the attorney general’s office.

36-year old Charles Walls, of Lawrenceburg, is charged with unlawful use of electronic communications system to procure a minor for sex and promoting human trafficking with a person under age, according to investigators.

He was lodged in the Franklin County Regional Jail on a $100,000 full cash bond.

State Police say they arrested Walls on a warrant issued in response to a Franklin County Circuit Court indictment obtained by an investigator with the Cyber Crimes Unit.
