Man Accused of Selling Heroin In Scott & Fayette Counties

A man believed to be living part-time in Detroit and in Lexington is accused of selling heroin in Scott and Fayette Counties.

On Wednesday, State Police and Scott County Deputies executed a search warrant of 39-year-old Norshawn Michael Duplessis’ residence on Garden Springs Drive in Lexington.

They said over 11 ounces of heroin, around nine grams of cocaine, paraphernalia to package drugs, and nearly $58,000 in cash were recovered.

The street value of the heroin is believed to be over $44,000.

Duplessis was charged with possession of heroin with the intent to distribute and lodged in the Fayette County Detention Center.
