LPD: Pedestrian hit by vehicle, suffers life-threatening injuries

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Lexington Police say a pedestrian suffered life-threatening injuries after being hit by a vehicle Thursday night.

It happened around 8:30 p.m. at the intersection of Georgetown Street and Lima Drive, according to police.

Investigators say the pedestrian was wearing dark clothing, which could have been a factor in the accident.

No names were released.
