LPD: Man shot while walking down the street

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Lexington Police say a man was shot while walking down Oliver Lewis Way on Tuesday night.

The victim’s name wasn’t released.  Police say he suffered non-life threatening injuries.

Investigators say around 8:00 p.m., someone in a dark blue or black Ford Mustang followed the victim as he walked down the street, eventually shooting him and driving off.

Police say the victim thinks he knows who shot him.  No name was released.
