UPDATE: Suspect in Metro PCS robbery arrested
LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Lexington Police say they’ve made an arrest after releasing surveillance video of a suspect in the robbery of the Metro PCS store on Alexandria Drive on March 9th.
According to the police department, the man in the video is Russell L. Clemons.
He was arrested overnight and charged with robbery.
No word on where he was found, or how police were able to track him down.

LPD looking for suspect in Metro PCS robbery
The Lexington Police Department has released surveillance video of a local robbery in the hopes that someone might be able to identify the suspect.
Investigators say that on Thursday, March 9, at about 5:15 p.m., they were called to the Metro PCS store on Alexandria Drive on a report of a robbery. Police say an employee told them that a man came into the store, briefly browsed around, and then showed a handgun and demanded money. After the employee handed it over, officers say the man ran off.
No injuries were reported in the incident.
Now, investigators have released surveillance video of the robbery, which shows the suspect, possibly in his 20’s, to be about six feet tall, wearing blue jeans, a gray hooded sweatshirt, and a blue knit hat.
