LPD: Customers in store during robbery

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Lexington police say customers were in a convenience store when two men came in and robbed it.

Police say the two suspects came into the Speedway on Paris Pike just before 12 a.m. Monday, both wearing masks.

One of the men had a bag over his hand, implying he had a gun. They demanded money and left the store after getting some.

Police say there were three customers in the store during the robbery. No one was hurt.

The men were tracked to a nearby apartment complex but police say the track was lost.

There have been no arrests yet.
