LPD: Car Wreck Leads To Shots Fired And Other Collisions

Lexington Police said a non-injury crash involving two cars led to shots fired and other collisions.

Investigators said two cars collided on Radcliffe Road on Tuesday.

Police said the driver in one of the car’s fired a shot at the other vehicle.

In trying to get away after the shot was fired, the driver who was reportedly shot at, crashed into a pickup truck, according to police.

Investigators said another driver tried to block the car in that the shot was fired out of, and was hit twice by that car.

Police said no injuries were reported in any of the collisions or from the shot that was fired.

Investigators said the car that the shot was fired from, had been stolen.

As of this writing, police were still searching for the two cars involved in the initial incident.
