LPD: Burglar Goes Through Roof to Rob Store – Twice

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – A man is accused breaking into a Subway store in Lexington not once, but twice, through the roof, and burglarizing the place.

Documents say on November 25th and 29th, Frizzell entered the store on Alexandria Drive through the roof when it was closed and stole money from the register.

According to documents he was caught on video and admitted to the crime, saying he needed the money to buy heroin.
