LPD asking for public’s help finding suspects in pharmacy robbery

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – The Lexington Police Department has released surveillance video from a robbery at a pharmacy, hoping it will generate leads on the two men who robbed it.

Officers were called to the CVS pharmacy on Old Todds Road on May 29 for a report of an armed robbery.

Police say two men each wearing surgical masks, dark clothing and armed with handguns entered the store and demanded prescription opioids and cash from the register.

Police say surveillance video revealed at least one of the suspects had been in the store earlier that evening.
