Local Crossfit team headed to the Crossfit Games

Lexington, Ky (WTVQ) – It’s a way of working out that’s taken on a new meaning for those accepting the challenge and here locally we have one group who’s raised the bar on an international level. Team Crossfit Maximus is headed to its fifth Crossfit Games competition and our own Bryan Kennedy had the chance to catch up with them before they hit the road.
